Richmond Council Lowers Real Estate Tax Rate (CBS 6 Richmond)Good news for homeowners in the city of Richmond. City Council has voted to lower your real estate tax rate. Council voted 8 to 1 at their meeting Monday night to set the new rate at $1.20 per $100 of assessed value. That's down three cents from last year's rate.
